By accessing or using urlr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
urlr is a URL-shortening service that provides short links, click analytics, QR codes, custom aliases, and link expiration. Features may change over time.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of urlr must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, links to malware, phishing, and illegal content. Violations may result in immediate termination.
5. Custom Aliases & Link Ownership
Custom aliases are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must follow our naming rules. We may reclaim aliases that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or violate these Terms. You retain responsibility for the destinations your links point to.
6. Free Service & Changes to Pricing
urlr is currently free to use. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, features you rely on today will not be moved behind a paywall without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiRank Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of urlr.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptiRank Studio LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OptiRank Studio LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
